By accessing or using a Site, you agree to these Disclaimers. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. General Information — Not Legal Advice

The content of the Sites is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, or other professional advice. It may not reflect the most recent legal developments and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who is licensed in the relevant jurisdiction and who has considered your specific circumstances. 2. No Lawyer-Client Relationship

Accessing or using the Sites, or contacting Bandi or any of its lawyers or personnel through the Sites or by email, does not create a lawyer-client (attorney-client) or any other professional relationship. A professional relationship with a Bandi entity arises only after that entity has agreed in writing to act for you, all applicable conflict-of-interest and client-acceptance checks have been completed, and an engagement letter or equivalent has been signed.

3. No Confidential or Unsolicited Information

Please do not send us any confidential or sensitive information through the Sites or by unsolicited email until a lawyer-client relationship has been established and you have been invited to do so. Information you send before we have agreed to act for you may not be treated as confidential or privileged and will not, by itself, prevent us from acting for another party in the same or a related matter.

The following notices apply to email communications sent by Bandi and its entities. The notice that applies depends on the entity sending the communication.

Emails from Bandi and any attachments are intended only for the named addressee and may contain confidential and legally privileged information. If you have received an email in error, please notify the sender and delete it; you must not use, copy, disclose, or distribute it. We cannot guarantee that email is secure or free from error or viruses, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of email. Any opinions expressed are those of the individual sender unless stated to be those of the relevant Bandi entity.

United States (Bandi & Associates PLLC, Bandi LLP, Bandi & Boris LLP)

Emails from our U.S. law firms may contain information protected by the attorney-client privilege or the attorney work-product doctrine. Inadvertent receipt by an unintended recipient is not a waiver of privilege. This communication may constitute attorney advertising; prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

United Kingdom (Bandi Advisory Ltd.)

Bandi Advisory Ltd. is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. It provides advisory and consulting services, is not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.

France (Bandi AARPI)

Bandi AARPI is an association of avocats registered with the Ordre des avocats de Paris. Its email correspondence is subject to professional secrecy (secret professionnel) and to the confidentiality rules applicable to avocats.

Germany (Bandi Unternehmensberatung GmbH)

Bandi Unternehmensberatung GmbH has its registered seat in Berlin. The company provides consulting services, is not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice.

Luxembourg (Bandi Conseil Luxembourg S.à r.l.)

Bandi Conseil Luxembourg S.à r.l. provides consulting services in Luxembourg and is not a law firm.

China (Bandi Senhe Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.)

Bandi Senhe Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. provides consulting services in the People’s Republic of China. It is not a licensed PRC law firm and does not provide PRC legal services or advice on PRC law.

Japan (Bandi Mori & Miyamoto)

Bandi Mori & Miyamoto is a registered foreign law firm (gaikokuho jimu bengoshi hojin) in Japan. It advises on foreign law only and does not advise on Japanese law.

Indonesia (PT Bandi Konsultan Indonesia)

PT Bandi Konsultan Indonesia provides consulting services in Indonesia. It is not an Indonesian advocate or law firm and does not provide Indonesian legal advice.

5. Attorney Advertising and Regulatory Notices

Legal services are provided only by the Bandi entities that are law firms: Bandi & Associates PLLC and Bandi LLP (New York), Bandi & Boris LLP (Wyoming), and Bandi AARPI (France). Bandi Mori & Miyamoto is a registered foreign law firm in Japan and advises on foreign law only; it does not advise on Japanese law. The remaining entities — Bandi Holding LLC, Bandi Advisory Ltd. (United Kingdom), Bandi Conseil Luxembourg S.à r.l., Bandi Unternehmensberatung GmbH (Germany), Bandi Senhe Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (China), and PT Bandi Konsultan Indonesia — are not law firms and do not provide legal services or legal advice; they provide advisory or consulting services, except Bandi Holding LLC, which acts as a holding company only.

In New York, the content of the Sites may constitute attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Nothing in these Disclaimers excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Sites may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We provide these links for convenience only; we do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and is governed by that site’s own terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, and the “Bandi” name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Bandi and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view, download, and print content from the Sites for your own non-commercial reference, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, publication, or modification, requires our prior written consent.

10. The Bandi Entities

Bandi is a group of separate and independent firms and entities held by Bandi Holding LLC, a limited liability company organised in Wyoming, United States. Bandi Holding LLC is a holding company and does not provide legal services. Each firm or entity is a distinct legal person; no entity is liable for the acts or omissions of another by reason of the group relationship, except as expressly agreed in writing or required by law, and the entities do not practise as a single partnership or legal person. References to “Bandi,” “the firm,” “we,” or “our” are used for convenience only. Services are provided by the relevant entity in accordance with the laws and professional rules applicable to it.

11. Governing Law

These Disclaimers and your use of the Sites are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Disclaimers

We may update these Disclaimers from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Sites, and the “Last updated” date above indicates when these Disclaimers were last revised.
